(hereinafter “Sanchez Vebber”) places this Privacy Notice at your disposal.

For that purpose, Sanchez Vebber, as the responsible entity, is domiciled at Rubén Darío 281 12th floor, office 1204, Polanco, Mexico City, Postal Code 11580 (hereinafter the “Domicile”).

In Sanchez Vebber, we recognize the importance of your privacy and the need to protect your personal data. The personal data we collect includes, but is not limited to:

Full Name: To enable us to adequately identify our clients and users, we collect you full name.

Contact telephone number: This data allows us to establish a means of direct communication to respond to your consultations, provide assistance and notify you about our services or other relevant information.

E-mail address: We use your e-mail address as an additional communication channel, by which we can send you legal opinions, executive notes, updates as to our services, bulletins, publicity, events and to respond to your consultations or requests.  

Domicile: In certain circumstances., such as the contracting of our legal services, it is possible that we need your domicile to comply with necessary legal and administrative requirements. This data is used solely for specific purposes related to the contracting of legal services.

These personal data are managed in accordance with the purposes established om this Privacy Notice and in conformity with protection of personal data applicable legislation.

VI. ARCO RIGHTS

You, as the owner of the personal data, have rights that include the access, correction, cancellation, and opposition of their handling (known as ARCO rights).

You or your duly accredited legal representative may exercise your ARCO rights using the form provided by Sanchez Vebber, together with the documents that accredit your identity, such as an official identification with photograph or, as the case may be,  the documentation that backs up your legal representation in accordance with applicable legislation. In case of requesting a correction, you must specify the modifications required and provide the documentation that backs up your request.

You can obtain the form to exercise your ARCO rights by sending an e-nail to the address amg@sanchezvebber.com.

The requests of ARCO rights that comply with the above-mentioned requirements will receive prompt attention. The determination adopted shall be communicated within a term of 20 (twenty) days counted from the date of receipt of the request of ARCO rights, so that it is effective within a maximum term of 15 (fifteen) days following the communication of the corresponding reply.

Likewise, we advise you that you have the right to initiate a Procedure of Protection of Rights (Procedimiento de Protección de Derechos) at the National Institute of Transparency, Access to the Information and Protection of Personal Data (Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales) “INAI” (http://www.inai.org.mx) within the 15 (fifteen)

business days following the date om which you receive the reply, or, in case of not receiving a reply, from the expiration of the term of 20 (twenty) business days from receipt of your request of exercising your rights.

 

VII. REVOCATION OF CONSENT FOR THE HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA

If you wish to revoke the authorizations provided to Sanchez Vebber with respect to the treatment of your Personal Data, you or your duly accredited legal representative, may send your request to the e-mail amg@sanchezvebber.com, using the corresponding form attaching the required documentation, as specified in the section ARCO Rights. It must be noted that in some cases t may not be possible to handle your request or immediately end the handling due to possible legal obligations of Sanchez Vebber.

 

VIII. USE DE COOKIES

Sanchez Vebber uses cookies to distinguish users and improve the quality of our services. A cookie is a chain of text with information that a web site sends to the cookies archive in the  navigator of your computer, allowing the web site to record certain details to provide a personalized content and  more efficient experience. This Privacy Notice may be subject to amendments, changes or updating due to new legal requirements or the needs of Sanchez Vebber relating to the services we offer.
